In the main there is a belief we are now only tinkering with what has been proved to be the most rational philosophy and most effective st yle of management; all that is needed now is to exploit the model to the best of our abilities – a challenge which has been taken on by organisations around the world with alacrity in the hope of replicating the material successes of the West.
